This Privacy Policy explains how Everywhen Games ("Everywhen Games," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information across all of our games and applications (each a "Game" and together the "Games"), and our website everywhen.games (together with the Games, the "Services"). It applies to every title we publish, including current and future games, unless a specific Game presents a different policy at the point of collection. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
The information we collect can vary by Game depending on its features. Many of our games store progress locally on your device and do not require you to create an account.
On iOS, before any "tracking" (as Apple defines it) takes place, our games present Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and only enable tracking if you allow it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf, and with platforms required to deliver our Games:
Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. The specific partners may differ by Game; list the ones you actually integrate and link them here (for example: Apple, [AdMob], [Unity], [Firebase]). We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
Our Games are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK where applicable), and each title carries an age rating in the relevant app store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@everywhen.games and we will delete it. Where a Game is directed to, or likely to be used by, children, we and our ad partners serve only non-personalized ads and limit data collection accordingly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any right, email privacy@everywhen.games and tell us which Game(s) you play. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically while you use a Game and for a limited period afterward, and as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Locally stored progress remains on your device until you delete the app or its data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in Sweden (European Union), and we and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including within the EU/EEA and in countries such as the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Policy from time to time, including as we release new Games. We will post the new version here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
